Invest, Flip, Repeat - Let's Get It Going
Having waited several months to really make a first step into the realm of real estate investing, this is this first outward step I have taken. Currently, I am a project manager in Washington, DC looking to transition into flipping and managing my own properties within the next year. From what I have read and learned, it is not an easy task but for me seems to be one of the more self-fulfilling opportunities I could pursue. The most important aspect I have come to understand is that you can't do it alone and you can't take a back seat. I am looking forward to meeting and talking with people much like myself - eager to learn, work and succeed.. and also make some money while I'm at it.
