Hi All!

My name is Danyal and I am so thrilled to be part of a forum with people from different backgrounds yet w/ like minded goals! All of my friends do not understand my ambitions and dreams for becoming an investor but Im sure i will meet new people on this forum that will understand my drive. Just a little bit about me. I am originally from Oklahoma City. I have 2 investment homes and now i am relocating to STL for a career move and i am looking forward to purchasing a multi property. I really want to help grow lower income communities and help add value to them. My goal is to not be a "shark" in this industry but i just want to have everything running by a certain age then relax. If anyone needs any advice in the OKC market or for lenders please let me know and of course if anyone knows any great multi unit REA or lenders PLEASE let me know. i am looking forward to learning and growing with you all. Go team !!!

@Danyal L. Hey, welcome to St. Louis and to BP. St. Louis is a great market to get into but be sure to take some time and learn it as it's one of the more complex markets you'll find. There are a lot of great meetups around here to check out and get a feel for things too. I'm always happy to talk shop and I can give you some lenders to check out so don't hesitate to reach out.

Cheers,

Peter
