Nashville Real Estate
Hi, everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself. I can't even begin to describe how obsessed I am with real estate. I'm 21, I live in Nashville, and I'm just starting out. I own my own business here in Nashville that is outside of real estate. I'm wanting to start my dream of investing in real estate. I plan on purchasing my first property sometime in the next 6 to 12 months. Not exactly sure whether I'll house hack, rent out, or simply live on the property. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, lessons, and/or experience anyone can offer. If you are in the Nashville are I would love to chat!
