Contractor in Las Vegas
I have been flipping houses for investors for a couple of years now and I am now buying my own houses to flip. Now other people also would like me to put their money to work for them. I will be actively looking for deals, would be interested in wholesale deals and I am sure in due time there will be deals we come across that we won't have the time or cash flow for so we would like to be able to offer those to someone as well. Every business I am involved in gets a lot of attention and I utilize my resources that have grown over the last 19 years of running businesses in Las Vegas and they grow at a fast pace. I am always interested in building relationships with others. I love competition! I feel it keeps people honest while providing a better product and if we work together instead of against each other it helps keep our costs down and sales prices where they need to be.
