Hello my name is Erin.  My business partner and I have a roofing company in Conroe, TX and do lots of work in Montgomery County and surrounding areas.  We are looking for ways to grow our business with other revenue streams and real estate investing is something we have both been interested in for quite some time.  We are currently looking for our first house to flip.  My only real estate experience is the purchase of my own home and constantly looking at har.com to see what is going on in the Houston market.  I'm looking forward to finding our first house and getting started in real estate investing!
