I am currently a first time investor , I am using a hard money lender , and in order to keep my interest rate down, I need someone who could give me a reference ? Please and thank you

@Lauren Lusby   Hi Lauren,  I would reach out to my: friends, family, and employer to see if they would provide me with a reference if I was seeking hard money on my first deal.  I don't mean to be rude but chances are good if you've never done a real estate transaction, strangers within the real estate world are probably not going to vouch for you to a lender.  

Reach out to someone within your world who could sell you as being credible and trustworthy.
