Hi everyone, from San Jose, CA
I am a realtor/investor looking to invest out of CA.
At this time I am considering Dallas Texas, since it seems that the economy there is doing great. I am looking to purchase for passive income but also to do flips. I have some experience in doing those here in my area.
If anyone has contacts or fixers or advice re Dallas please let me know. If you feel another area would be more beneficial, I would love to hear that too!
