Hello everyone My name is Juan Facundo; Hopefully one day #Juan in real estate..! Haha; I live in Houston Texas; Very interested and motivated to learn everything there is to know about Real Estate Investing.. My interest is buy and hold side of real estate as of now.. I have a full time job; Port of Houston (Longshoremen) for 20yrs now.. Reading Rich Dad Poor Dad definitely open my eyes to investing in real estate.. The Demographic Cliff was also helpful info insight to real estate.. Just finish reading; What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow by Frank Gallinelli great for beginners .. Finding Bigger Pockets has also been a big help of information and details about being a Landlord which I think is amazing..
So as of now; I am learning as much as I can take in.. It has been nonstop real estate education, Books, and Bigger Pockets.. Looking forward to meeting new friends on Bigger Pockets.. Maybe one day soon; Sharing a success story on Bigger Pockets.. I know it won't come easy but we all had to start somehow somewhere.. I'm committed, passionate, and motivated...Any advice or direction would be greatly greatly appreciated.. Thank you all for the help and support in advance...
