Finally joined the forum! Found it listening to tons of podcasts over the last few weeks, mostly Flilping Junkies and Flipnerd. Excited to soak up knowledge from pros. So far mostly searching MLS. Plan to get a couple of flips done and then keep a select few going forward to build a rental portfolio.
