Im new to the whole house flipping deal. Ive been interested in real estate investing for quite some time. Its kind of scary to dive into something as risky as this aspect of real estate.Ive been renovating properties for someone else to become wealthy for about 17 years. I ask questions all the time, but no one wants to create competition. I greatly appreciate any information, tips or guidance in advance.
