Hi - I'm a newbie to real-estate investing, other than our personal house. My husband and I are looking to real estate to expand our investments with an eye towards creating cash flow for retirement in 5-10 years. I am interested in buy and hold multi-family units and would love to hear from anyone in Cincinnati - specifically looking into the West Chester/Mason/Lebanon area. I'm an engineer and my husband is a computer guy so number-crunching does not bother me and I look forward to learning and investing in our future. Thanks!
