Hi everyone-  I've been listening to the BP podcasts for several months and reading as much as possible, and I'm finally posting to the forums. I own one investment property and am looking for my next.  I'm a commercial real estate appraiser, and I'd be happy to try to answer any commercial appraisal questions anyone has!
