Hi all, I am so excited to be here on BP. My husband, Andres and I are prepping our "seed" to be able to buy our first home next year, a multifamily. I have been a silent reader/listener on a not-at-all routine basis for roughly a year, and looking forward to now joining the BP network! As we prep and save, we are here to learn all we can about the Boston, North Shore MA and national markets (also interested in NC markets). We are looking to do a blend of live -in/flip and BRRRR.
