I've been a buy and hold guy for about 10 years, all single family. I'm looking into doing some flips, and maybe multi family. I like keeping everything local where I can keep an eye on it. Right now I have 13 properties, but I'd like to add maybe up to thirty. I'd love to hear from folks who are in a similar business. I'd like to compare notes and swap ideas.
