New Member From Canada, Working / Living in Florida
Hi Everyone. My name is Nathanael. Im a newbie here. Ive been buying and investing for many year but really need help stepping it up.
I work in Florida Jacksonville and just recently Miami as well.
I was born in Toronto Canada and I work in the USA.
I'm looking for some help.
I'm looking to purchase multi unit Apartment(s) as a buy and hold and would like to get a good funding source that allows me to use as little funds to make the purchase as possible but I'm very open to advice etc.
I currently own rental single family homes and condos in Jacksonville Florida. I also own properties in Toronto if that helps in anyway.
Finally I'm looking for some buyers for some wholesale deals. I get good ones and one guy seems to buy but not all of them. Some people seem to want deals he does not.
All help and advice/ Team building etc is honestly appreciated.
