Hi All,

Just starting out, with no experience in the US of real estate, but have previously owned a primary residence in the UK.
Not quite ready to invest yet, but wanting to get as much information as possible before I start, so that I can decide which route is best.

Liking the idea of house-hacking a duplex/triplex/4-plex as my first property.
