New member and learning a lot
Really good site. Wish I had known about it before I paid a fortune to learn about real estate. Just started the business "officially," eager to get my feet wet but very scared about the whole thing. I had the unfortunate first hand experience with foreclosure and short sale with previous properties. But the articles are encouraging. Am trying the podcasts next. Needless to say, my first order of business is securing funding. Any suggestions how to start?
