Hi everyone,
Neal here, I've just discovered that I would really like to start investing and have my money do something for me instead of sitting in a bank account. Right now I've been reading books and listening to the BP podcasts which led me to the Buy & Hold strategy. I'm looking to get started in the next 6months and I'm very keen to learn from someone first hand. The podcasts and books are great but I feel like I'll do better talking to someone face to face. If there are any real estate agents who also like to invest in Kankakee county or anywhere between Chicago and Champagne, I'd like to talk. Coffee is on me.
