Hello BP community! Am I happy I found you. My name Luis Hurtado, I'm a 32 year old Sheet Metal Worker, and I'm ready to take the big leap into Real Estate investing. I've realize in the past couple of years that it's going to take more than our two incomes to reach the goals my wife and I have set for our family. Therefore, I've decided to start a business, and I figured, why not kill two birds with one stone, buy a two family home for our family as a Real Estate Investor. I don't want to stop there, I want to continue buying duplexes, triplexes, and quads (Oh my!) until I generate enough income to sustain my family, make bigger investments (Bigger properties, Businesses, etc)  and to show my family, friends, and peers that this is possible. I'm done with the rat race and I ready to play, nah, win the game!
