My name is Cosme and I currently reside in San Francisco. I am relocating to Orlando Florida within the next year and my goal is to acquire a multi unit complex. I am here to learn and start my RE career.

Welcome to BP and welcome soon to Orlando . I'm not sure if it's as exciting as SanFran but I like it , although I live a hr away from Orlando in a little cow town called Bushnell which despite its size is centrally located and I can get to Tampa in about 45-55 mins and Ocala in 35 mins , I can even get over to the space coast in less than 1.5 hrs. So I'm in the perfect spot to invest in central Florida. You should keep in touch so once you get here we can talk and hopefully help each other out were we can .. Take care and good luck
