Long time listener little time investor
hi my name is Trevin munn. I am in the Charlotte nc area, 21 years old and a Comercial masonry Forman. I have been studying real estate for a while now and am ready to jump into the world of real estate investing. I am looking for buy and hold single family homes in mint hill, Monroe, locust, and surrounding area. Any advice about these locations or Charlotte nc in general would be greatly appreciated.
