Hello BP world!!!
Got my RE agent licence in 2010 and quickly realized that I much preferred property/deal analysis to marketing myself and sales. Needless to say, I couldn't of picked a worse time to enter the sales biz as a green agent with no connections. Shifted gears and am now happily working in IT Security. I'm now ready to get focus on my long term financial and career goals and would like to get reintroduced to real estate. This time as an investor. It seems that again my timing may not be optimal but I'm looking forward to experience and hop to get my feet wet so I'm ready to strike when the iron's hot! Looking forward to connecting with all the awesome people here and to meet some like minds.
