Interested in Commercial Deals
Greetings! I am new to real estate investing and new to BP. My primary interest is in cash flowing commercial properties and I here to network with new and experienced investors with similar interests. More specifically, I am interested in mobile home parks, self storage facilities, or small apartment buildings. I reside in Charlotte NC but I am interested in any markets around the country where the numbers make sense. There is great cashflow to be had in commercial real estate even for beginners, so if you are looking to make the transition from single family to multifamily/commercial or skip single family all together (like me) I'd love to chat!
