Hi,

I'm new to BP and looking forward to connecting with other investors and sharing in the wealth of knowledge out there.  

For the past year I have been working as a Real Estate agent in San Diego and work with both buyers and sellers.  I am interested in renovating/flipping and reselling here in San Diego.  Anyone have good/bad experiences they would like to share?
