MY NAME IS TED HILLISON AND I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN THE RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE LENDING INDUSTRY FOR 20 YEARS.  I HAVE A GOOD NETWORK OF LENDES AND REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS HERE IN OREGON AND AM LOOKING TO BEGIN THE REAL ESTATE INVESTING PHASE OF MY LIFE AS I SEND MY KIDS OFF TO COLLEGE WITHIN THE NEXT 4 YEARS.
