College Towns

I am working on getting 2 SFR's ready for rental in a college town and looking to build a portfolio. So far I like College Towns as both the rental and sales are healthy. I am looking into getting my real estate license mostly to find and look at properties more efficiently.

Hello and welcome to BP!  Getting a real estate license will help you learn and meet like-minded people and possibly save you some money or make money on the side but it might hurt you when you make a disclosure.  You can look at anything a licensed person can.  There is a legal way to do just about anything if you are willing to pay for it.  Good luck to you!
