New Member in Memphis, TN area
Hi everyone,
My name is Jamie and my wife and I are lifetime Memphians currently residing in Germantown. I am a complete novice when it comes to real estate investing other than being familiar with general investment principles and real estate investment terminology. We own a business in Germantown and have two children in private school. I don't have much in the way of cash to invest at the moment (all of it is tied up in our business), but I'm very interested in learning and putting what I learn into action so I can get started! I have heard that Memphis is a good market for rental properties, so the idea of building passive income in that manner is attractive to me.
