Hello BP,

I am joining this site to learn more about real estate investing. With the low interest rates and growing market in my area, I am hoping to take advantage now is the smaller multi units. 

My fiance and I did buy our own house this year and successfully took out a home equity loan to gut kitchen and build our dream kitchen and clean up the house before we moved in. We are now refinancing to wrap everything back into one loan. We did this all with only 5% down and without having to pay PMI!

I look forward to learning more from other BPs and building my personal portfolio.
