Looking advice
Hello everyone,
After much pondering and research, I have decided to finally get into real state investment. From everything I have read online so far, it looks like I'm most interested in rehabs, either for flipping or to hold onto as rental properties. I have never actually rehabbed a property before and I'm looking for advice from all of you seasoned real estate investors. Any information will be helpful. I don't want to make my first post too lengthy so I will answer any questions as to the specifics separately. Thank you very much in advance. Looking forward to learning from you all.
