Hello my name is Michael Bowman and I have been actively involved in real estate investing for over 20 years. I do flips, wholesaling, and buy-and-hold properties as rentals. I also deal in commercial properties, I own a 12 unit apartment complex, and looking to buy some more. And I also build companies and build corporate credit for each of those companies.
