I'm new to the site and very interested in real estate investing.

I do not have any experience in REI but researching the different aspects and niches.

A little about me:  Spent 8 years in the Army and have been out for almost 7 years now.

I am looking for a challenge and adventure outside of corporate America.

I am willing to listen and to learn all I can about REI and get started on a new adventure and challenge.

I currently reside in Clover, SC which is just south of Charlotte, NC.
