Newbie in North Jersey

So I was listening to the webinar last night and when Brandon started pitching the Pro membership, of course the first thing I thought was "Ah! Here's the sales pitch." But after thinking about it, I realized it's definitely cheaper then Trump U. and what have I got to lose besides $260/yr. If I don't like it or don't make any money by Oct 2017, then I can cancel.

Currently, I am looking to buy my first home to live in, not flip or rent.

I am looking to learn everything and hope to put it into practice. I am in the North Jersey area so if there's some meetups or whatnot, please let me know.
