New member from Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Hi everyone,
My name is Tommy and I'm new to BiggerPockets and new to Real Estate Investing. I've been into real estate for a long time but mostly just paying attention to what others have been doing and watching the market in my area. Since I found BiggerPockets and the Podcasts, I have already learned so much and want to continue to learn and research while looking for my first rental property. I spend a lot of time in the Brevard County, Florida (east-central Florida) area and this will be my primary focus. I would like to start with a 2-3 bd / 2 bath within the next 6 months and am currently working on private funding so any help and or guidance would be great. I think just about everything I need has probably been discussed in the forums previously so I will continue to check there.
