I purchased 2 primary residences, 1 rental and a vacation property several years ago. However, I am new to the investment game..a little nervous, but excited to move my life in a new direction.
I'm looking forward to doing some flips and I definitely want to get involved in rental properties as well. I have a background in Mental Health and Substance Abuse and I would really like to use that knowledge to get involved in QUALITY sober houses.
I moved down here to start a new life. I would really like to make some new connections, share knowledge and LEARN from a seasoned professional. A lack of funds has prevented me from really jumping in with both feet!
