Hi All,
My name is Ron. I'm a new investor who has recently relocated to the west side of Cleveland (living in Bay Village). In addition to watching BP webinars, I have been reading books, materials on this site and many forum posts over the course of the last year. I am looking to invest in buy-and-hold properties with the goal of cash flow generation. Right now, I've narrowed my areas of interest to the West Park neighborhood of Cleveland and Lakewood, OH. I'm interested, primarily in multi-family units and have a goal to acquire two units per year over the next 10 years. I would love to meet others in my market who share common goals and don't mind sharing their experiences. I'm excited to be a part of this community!
