Hello everyone,

I'm full time investor in NYC, focusing mainly on the pre foreclosure market. Short sales, Reo and handy man special. I'm buying in Brooklyn queens and the Bronx. Residential properties up to 5 fm.

Also lately I'm looking for vacant lands for development.

Sometimes i have wholesale deals that I'm flipping to other investors.
