Hello All,

This is my first post on Bigger Pockets. I have been listing to the podcasts and have purchased some books and have been learning about real estate for a couple of months now. Im interested in "buy and hold" for my first purchase and I have been just looking in my preferred areas (California /Florida) and getting my plan together. I don't have any real estate experience but I do have a decade of management, customer service and sales experience. Hopefully that comes in handy for this new chapter in my life. Im ready to get things going!
