Hello.  I've been interested in a career in real estate investment for a few years, and got my license as a first step.  I'm a quality over quantity type of person and very eager to learn.   How do I start working with investors?  My immediate area is Covington, Louisiana, but Mandeville, Madisonville, Slidell. New Orleans, Metairie, Hammond and Baton Rouge are my peripheral cities. Should I be looking for investors in my area or does that not matter?  Thanks!

Welcome aboard!  I live in Covington as well!

West St. Tammany is on fire as I'm sure you know and deals are hard to find but not impossible.  I recommend widening your area a bit.
