Hello all!! I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Danny and I am from the Saint Louis area. I've lived all over the St. Louis, St. Louis County and Saint Charles County. I now currently reside in Saint Louis City. I don't have any experience in real estate investing, but I am eager to learn and a very dedicated person. My goal is to create passive income through investing specifically Buy and Holds. Also I am intrigued about fix flips. I found biggerpockets through youtube after binge watching and listening to about 100+ podcast and the videos of the Podcast. I dont think im the only one whos done this either.
