Newbie from Carmel, Indiana

Hello Everyone,

I'm an IT professional currently living in Carmel, Indiana. I've been a member of BiggerPockets for some time, but only recently becoming active. I'm quite new to the real estate investment business, although I've been interested for a few years now.

Currently I'm looking to network with others real estate investors / professionals, and learn and contribute to the BP family. I have been routinely listening to BP podcasts and been reading some of the more popular books (Rich Dad Poor Dad etc.)

In particular, I intend to be a "buy and hold" investor focusing mainly on single family and multifamily (duplexes, triplexes) homes in and around the Indianapolis / Carmel region in B+/B- neighborhoods.

Looking to connect with BP members and develop relationships.
