Making the Plunge in Edmonton

I am currently in the process of taking the plunge into real estate investing.  My offer on a single family home with a legal secondary suite was accepted and now we are just going through the process of removing conditions.

My plan is to live in the secondary suite and rent out the main living space to get more revenue.  Even though I am excited, I am extremely nervous at the same time.  Thanks for all the invaluable information that I have gathered from BP and excited to see where this journey goes.

Cheers!

Colten

No problem! I believe many people are fearful in the Edmonton market. I'm optimistic and think there are opportunities out there.
