This is my first post on Bigger Pockets! I have listened to many of the podcasts but never participated in the forums. I am a commercial real estate agent in the Miami area with over $25 million worth of listings. My speciality is commercial real estate (Retail, Land, and MF)in the Little Havana area of Miami-Dade County. I have plenty of inventory and im always looking for buyers for my listings.
