HI everyone! New to Biggerpockets.com, glad I found this great site and community. Looking forward to getting great value ie. learning, ideas, inspiration, resources, networking, etc. from this site and perhaps connect with some of you. Bought and rented foreclosed properties in the past, but now focused on buying, upgrading/renovating, then selling distressed properties in Central NJ. Looking to grow to do multiple projects simultaneously, need to figure out how to secure short term capital funding to facilitate this. - Vedat
