Real Estate agent from Cleveland Ohio

Currently a licensed Real Estate agent in Cleveland, Ohio, I have lived in 4 different large U.S. Cities in the past 10 years. I've seen my parents make smart real estate investments and desire to achieve the same for myself. After obtaining my license in 2015, I have helped other investors to find their next investment and each time the itch to do the same for myself grows. I'm eager to scratch the "itch" and start a career in real estate investments. A few months ago I got the opportunity to live in and renovate my grandmother's 1960's home to learn the process of a proper renovation. The entire process has been frustrating at times and exciting most of the time, but overall the process has been satisfying after seeing the transformation from a 1960's cookie cutter into a more modern, contemporary ranch that any generation would love to call home.
