Hello BP Nation!

My name is Brandon, I'm 33 years old, married with a beautiful 2 year old daughter. I'm a career Firefighter with the city of Jacksonville and run a small business on my off time. I've had an interest in REI for some time now. My interest has long been with buy and hold rental properties. I'm slowly progressing in my knowledge and look forward to learning more and more with BP and hopefully some take home nuggets from other experienced investors as well. With my hectic schedule I am also very interested in "turn key" property management so I would like to get some opinions on that as well. That's it for now, thanks for checkin in, hope to chat soon!

Welcome I'm new as well and have been reading all the books they have here on biggerpockets. A lot of great information. From every book I have read networking is key and researching deals. I'm going to be getting stationed out there in Jacksonville in about a year and plan to buy SFH out there as well to buy and hold. Good luck!
