I'm 23 working for Hendrick Honda of Charleston . I've been trading options for about 3 years & I discovered it from a Robert Kiyosaki audio book . The funny thing is my parents were real estate agents when I was younger & they use to bring me to all the houses and there single family rentals & I use to HATE IT . But now years later I find myself interested in it bc I want passive income & I want freedom. One of the things I'm looking forward to learning about is how to raise money & just the proper mechanics of multi family real estate.
