New member from wisconsin looking for guidance

Hello,

I am new to this forum, and i am very happy to be here, I spend all my free time searching for ways to create wealth for myself and am very motivated to do it. I have decided getting into some form of real estate would be my best option.  I have a good job for my age and am happy with it. I just don't have the mind set that I HAVE to work a 9-5 job for the next 30 years. I want to work and in my free time create my own path to success. I am open to any and all opinions as to my best options for my first step into building success. I'm not quite sure what form of real estate I'm interested in just yet but i am very happy to listen to peoples guidance.

Thanks,

Brandon

Welcome!! If I understand what you're looking to achieve it would be more along the lines of longterm buy and hold investments (rentals) that will give you your financial freedom in the late future. Otherwise to make more now income and go into real estate full time I would suggest going to your local REIA and networking there and learning flipping and wholesaling.
