Hello, My name is Kevin Toland and I'm new to Real Estate investment. I'm married with a two year old son and a daughter on the way. I am an active duty military member stationed at Fort Bragg. I have about ten years in and will be doing at least twenty before retiring. Right now I'm trying to learn as much as I can about Real Estate in general but I would like to get into buy and hold investing with the goal of creating passive income. I'd be interested in talking with others in the area (or anywhere really) and hearing any tips anyone has on getting started.
