Long time reader and podcast listener. Originally from Raleigh, NC I now live 30 minutes south in Fuquay Varina, NC. 26 years old. I've had my real estate brokers license for 2 years now and just this past month have quit my full time job to get in to real estate as a broker. I also run a couple of e-commerce businesses. I come from a family of general contractors, so have experience in construction and a couple years experience doing maintenance at a large apartment complex. Looking to get in to flipping, and possibly rentals as a long term income stream down the road. Will possibly be looking for deals to wholesale to investors until I can make some connections myself. Just here to learn and soak up as much info as possbile, and of course help if I can. Looking forward to connecting with people.

Hi Jim,

I'm in South Mills, NC and I'm very interested in investing in Raleigh. I would like to connect to get familiar with the area.  I'm a fix and flip investor.   I have friends in the area who are in the construction business.   Please pm me to talk some more.
