Hello, my name is Eric. I work a full time job as a psychologist.

I am looking to learn as much as I can about real estate investing to begin earning passive income in my area. At the moment (having little learning) my hope is to acquire one rental property per year over the course of 10 years to buy and hold for rental income. Maybe that is too lofty, though, I do not know. 

I have no formal training  in the field, so I am trying to read as much as I can and hope to find a local mentor. I also hope to network with  many members of this web site and would love to offer my help to others.
